It's hard to believe that it's been a year since the death of Owen Hart. May 23-1999 I can still remember that night well, I was sitting in my living with a bunch of friends and family enjoying the PPV until Jim Ross said something was wrong and that Owen Hart was being attended to in the ring. The next thing I knew Ross had came back and said that Owen Hart had passed away, my heart sank I couldn't believe it how could this happen? It wasn't until the next night on Raw that it really hit me that Owen was gone. Listening to everyone talk about Owen, you could tell that he was loved by everyone and was a great friend and person.

A few years ago when the WWF came to town, I had the chance to meet Owen Hart. It's a meeting that i've never forgotten only because he took the time to talk to me, not just sign the program I had with his picture on it. I could tell just by talking to him just how special he really was. After that I had gone to two other cards that Owen appeared on and you know what each time he did remember me and came over to shake my hand and ask how I was. That really meant alot to me and I've never forgotten it, to this day I still have that program that he signed I have it framed hanging up in my room.


Owen was a great wrestler and so much fun to watch in the ring, he always went out there and gave it everything that he had and he never disappointed.
